Welcome

We are happy to welcome you, my name is Silvia Rizzon, a psychologist specialized in Sports Psychology and Functional Neurometry.

My work focuses on human development, with a focus on high sports performance and the psychological well-being of athletes and teams. With experience in clinical care and sports monitoring, I bring an integrated approach that combines science, performance and mental health.

 

The focus is to promote balance between mind and body, helping athletes achieve their maximum performance, both inside and outside of sport. Our space was carefully planned to provide a welcoming environment, where trust and security are essential for the process of self-knowledge and growth.

Sports psychology goes far beyond dealing with the stress of the game. It works to build a strong mindset, capable of dealing with pressure, fears, and even injuries, promoting the emotional and psychological development of the athlete.

An athlete's performance goes far beyond physical preparation. Without a solid mental balance, pressure, challenges and adversity can compromise all the potential built up throughout a career.

Athletes often face emotional challenges that compromise their performance. Stress, anxiety, pressure to achieve results, lack of internal resources and injuries are factors that directly impact mental health and require specialized attention.

Fully personalized psychological care is essential for each athlete, considering their individual needs. Our work focuses on strengthening emotional resilience and providing adequate support, helping the athlete to deal with the ups and downs of high-performance sport.

Using advanced techniques that include visualization, physical control and emotional regulation combined with mental preparation, we help athletes develop a high-performance mindset. This mindset favors quick and assertive decisions, in addition to strengthening confidence and motivation — essential elements for sporting success.

Whether in person, in an environment carefully planned for comfort and concentration, or in digital format, with technology that guarantees proximity and efficiency, the experience is personalized to meet the athlete's needs at each stage of the process.

Currently, I dedicate myself to private practice, integrating sports psychology with neuroengineering software present in major European clubs and on the national scene.

I use an innovative approach, I use functional neurometry to assess, plan and train the mental and emotional skills of athlete or non-athlete patients, promoting an integral balance between body and mind.
